Terms and Conditions

Standard Terms & Conditions — Customer Acknowledgement

This Agreement details the mutual responsibilities between the Pool Service Provider (“the Company”) and the Customer.
Please review the specific terms regarding property access, pool maintenance, billing, and cancellations before signing below.

1. ACCESS & PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS

Property Access
The Customer is responsible for allowing safe, unhindered access to the pool area on scheduled service days. This includes ensuring all gates, paths, and entry points are unlocked.
Any aggressive pets must be securely contained indoors or away from the service zone.
If a technician is locked out, the standard service fee still applies.
Water Level Maintenance
The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the correct operating water level of the pool (typically halfway up the skimmer box opening).
Incorrect water levels can cause severe pump damage or prevent accurate pool filtration.
The Company is not responsible for filling pools or checking levels outside scheduled visits.

2. TESTING, WATER BALANCE & STANDARDS

Water Analysis & Balancing
Accurate water testing will be performed at every service visit.
The Company will explicitly treat and balance the pool water to meet, but not exceed or fall below, the current Australian Standard (AS 3633 / AS 3634 series) for residential pool water safety and chemistry.
No more and no less than the required dosage necessary to achieve this legislative benchmark will be applied.

3. PAYMENTS, BILLING & OVERDUE ACCOUNTS

On-Time Payment
Payments must be settled in full by the due date specified on each invoice.
Collections Referral
In the event an invoice becomes overdue, the Company reserves the right to suspend servicing immediately.
The Customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that any overdue payments will be referred to an external collection agency.
All recovery costs, legal expenses, and agency fees incurred in retrieving outstanding debts will be fully payable by the Customer.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice Period
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, notice must be given at least one (1) day prior to your scheduled service date.
Written Notice (Email Only)
Verbal cancellations via phone or text message will not be accepted.
All cancellation requests must be formally submitted in writing via email only to the Company’s designated email address.
Cancellations made outside this framework will incur full service fees.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Failure to provide property access or correct water levels prevents the Company from fulfilling its balancing obligations under the Australian Standard.
Please ensure these components are ready prior to your technician arriving.
